Punganur cows, are a rare and endangered breed of cattle native to the Punganur region of Andhra Pradesh, India. These cows are known for their hardy nature, high resistance to disease, and excellent dairy production.

Unfortunately, the population of Punganur cows has been in decline for many years due to a variety of factors, including urbanization, loss of grazing land, and crossbreeding with other breeds.
